- Arlene Allen, NH Department of Environmental Services, will describe the NH revised shoreland protection law, how it is administered, and what is expected of shore front property owners
- Rep. David Deen, Chair of the Vermont House Fish, Wildlife and Water Resources Committee, will outline his committee's plans for legislative action on shoreland protection in 2009
